Description
DYCZ–24DN is a mini dual vertical electrophoresis cell used for protein electrophoresis, which is a delicate, simple and easy to operate system. It is manufactured from high polycarbonate with platinum electrodes. The system contains main tank body (gel casting stand), lid with leads, external tank (buffer tank) and gel casting device. Accessories: glass plate, comb, thicker glass board (∮=5 mm) for running one gel, special wedge frame. It equips 10 and 15 wells combs with 1.0mm and 1.5mm thickness, and it also provides optional comb with 0.75mm thickness and notched glass plate sticked with regula (0.75 mm) for you choose. Its seamless and injection-molded transparent base prevents leakage and breakage. It can save buffer solution, base running buffer solution is about 170 ml; only 170 ml of buffer solution can complete the experiment. This system is very safe for the users. Its power source will be switched off when user opens the lid. The special lid design avoids making mistakes.
DYY-6C is a power supply designed for electrophoresis to create the electrical current to power DNA/RNA separations, PAGE electrophoresis and transferring to membrane. DYY-6C supports an output of 400V, 400mA, and 240W. Its LCD can show the voltage, current, power and timing time at the same time. It can work in the constant state of voltage, or in the constant state of electric current, and converted automatically according to the pre-assigned parameters for different needs.
